Refunds and Returns

We at Fanelitsa are a print-on-demand business. Our objective is to offer our customers high-quality items. Due to the nature of our industry, returns are not accepted unless there is a printing mistake or a problem with the goods when it was delivered.

Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product if you discover a printing mistake or it turns out to be broken. Be sure to include photos as proof. Following that, we will either replace the item or give a complete refund.

Process of Return
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at info@fanelitsa.com to begin a return. When your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to deliver your box as well as a return postage label from us. We won’t accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.



Issues and damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.

Items that are exempt or not returnable
Items with bespoke or personalized designs, for example, cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, do get in touch.

Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Due to the fact that all of our products are produced on demand, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns due to size selection errors. Before making a purchase, we suggest all of our clients to thoroughly read the product details and sizing chart.



Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
